The black fabric cord threads through the square wood post body and drapes out the back. The satin steel base and accents enhance an industrial style, while a clean off white fabric shade softens the look. A three-way rotary switch is located on the socket. The 3-way rotary socket switch will only work with a 3-way light bulb, otherwise, this lamp will function with a simple on/off switch at its highest setting. This lamp is smart outlet compatible.
